2. You must now adhere to the collective agreement

A collective agreement is an agreement between a trade union and an employers’ organisation and applies to all employees, regardless of whether they are unionised or not. It is important that you familiarise yourself with the collective agreement’s provisions on, for example, wages, types of employment, sick leave, vacation, work environment, working hours, and insurance coverage.

Note that you are also covered by the white-collar collective agreement if you have white-collar employees or hire such in the future.

If you currently have a tie-in agreement, “hängavtal”, with a union for the activities now covered by a new collective agreement, you need to terminate this agreement using a termination form.

You will find information about your collective agreements in the email and the letter we have sent you.

3. Remember to sign collective agreement-based insurance

Through the collective agreement, you as an employer are required to sign occupational pension and work injury insurance for your employees. Aquire the insurance as soon as possible to avoid retroactive costs.

  • For blue-collar workers, sign insurance with Fora using this form.
  • For white-collar employees, sign insurance with Collectum using one of their forms.

(If you hire white-collar employees later, remember to aquire insurance for them!)

You can find more information about occupational pension and insurance agreement at Avtalat.

Note: If your company currently has other pension solutions, you must contact Avtalat to ensure correct handling. This also applies if employer and employee agree that the previously signed pension solution should continue.

4. Advice and legal support

6. Member information and invoice

The membership fee is based on the previous year’s payroll amounts, etc. We collect this information at the start of each year, and it is important that you submit it on time so that we can invoice the correct amount. The fee consists of a deductible service fee and a membership fee. The service fee is invoiced by Arbio AB, the service company for Gröna arbetsgivare.

Fees to Gröna arbetsgivare and Svenskt Näringsliv are invoiced twice a year, in April and October. If you have chosen to receive invoices as PDFs, they will come from noreply@inexchange.se.
